Damp Investigation and Remedial Works

We live in a bungalow and appeared to have damp patches on floors and walls which needed

investigating with a quote for remedial action. Steve arrived at the agreed time, gave his opinion on the root cause of our problem and his suggested remedial action. The timescale for doing the work was quick, the work was thorough and all workmen cleared up after themselves. We no longer have a musty smelling home and the bungalow feels much warmer. Leak Inspected the problem and was honest about what could and couldn't be done. Had suggestions alternative trades that could be approached and gave practical advice on what the problem might be. Very courteous polite and flexible.

Cleared out cavity as quoted and installed extra vents along with also french drain along the side. Arrived knew the problems on the house and knew the solution.

Damp at base of internal walls
Steve responded quickly and gave advice on what was required to fix the problem. He then organised the work, which was completed approximately a week later. He is also coming back to look at another problem that we have.

Damp in living room
Had some damp in corner of living room and got steve out for some advice. He came out promptly. He discovered what was causing the damp and what needed to be done. He was very helpful and honest and I would recommend him. Thanks steve

Great job. Had damp in most rooms in our bungalow. Got Steve out for some advice. Quick to come out to look at the problem and quick to get the issues sorted for us. Removed bricks to clean cavities and install air vents. Installed trickle vents on all windows. Removed some stone that was breaching damp course at the front. Great lads. We're very pleased with the service, price and quality of the jobs carried out.

Told me then and there the results to then be followed up with a full report. Can't fault them, thank you.

Damp proofing

Ste and the lads did a great job. I had a small amount of damp in the corner of my house, after investigation by ste it was determined the cavity was blocked. The lads knocked a few bricks out, cleaned the cavity and removed large chunks of mortar, then installed 2 new air bricks. Great work. Highly recommended.

Check for damp in a property

Very quick response to the job posted. I wanted the inspection carried out asap. This was accommodated very quickly. The outcome was good too. Good honest bloke.

I contacted on the recommendation off a neighbour when I was at loss where to start with the damp issue in our living room.
